Flats in Sector 66: two portals, one sector, a ₹1,600 gap

For anyone searching property in Mohali, flats in Sector 66A Mohali, flats in Sector 66B Mohali.

This is the widest honest disagreement on the October tape. Sector 66A and 66B are not the same address.

Sector 66 flats. Magicbricks, Apr–Jun 2026: ₹8,500–12,356 a sq ft, average ₹10,428, up 2% on the quarter. 99acres, Jul–Sep 2026: ₹8,400–10,100, average ₹8,800, up 1%. Same sector, about ₹1,600 a sq ft between the averages. 99acres also printed land at ₹17,850–20,300 and builder floors at ₹7,400–9,050, and a 3 BHK card near ₹1.67–2.10 crore. Land, floor and flat are three searches.

Sector 66A is Falcon View, the ready building, RERA PBRERA-SAS81-PM0003, cards ₹2.98–6.68 crore. A 99acres overview dated 29 December 2025 put 66A flats at ₹10,550, up 17.2% over a year. That snapshot is older than the Jul–Sep Sector 66 line. Sector 66B is Noble Callista, under construction, 99acres ₹2.99–3.62 crore against Magicbricks ₹2.90–6.37 crore.

The decision: say 66, 66A or 66B out loud. Then use the card for the building, and keep both sector averages visible until you have a price list. Do not collapse them.
