Homeland, Noble, and the land they are said to have taken

For anyone searching property in Mohali, flats in Sector 70 Mohali, plots in Sector 70 Mohali.

A May headline put Homeland and VRC on two Mohali parcels. August notes put Noble in Aerocity I Block. Projects and land buys are not the same listing.

A developer note in May 2026 headlined an acquisition by Homeland Group and VRC of two Mohali parcels in a GMADA e-auction, described as about ₹1,000 crore together and as a new land-price mark for the Tricity. We are leaving it as a headline. Until the allotment is the document in front of you, it is not a project you can book.

What you can book, or at least walk, is already on the street. Homeland Heights in Sector 70 is delivered. CP.67 in Sector 67 is operating. Regalia in Sector 77 is the live residential sale. Noble Callista in 66B is the live Noble flat. Later auction notes, in August, also put Noble Ventures on a large I Block piece. That would be the next chapter, not the current price list.

If a broker uses the land headline to mark up a floor in a different sector, ask them to point at the parcel on a map. Most cannot.
