A sports ground in a press note is not a site visit.

Homeland Regalia says the amenity is a sports ground, not a slide

The 30 September note from Homeland Group puts tennis, cricket and an indoor basketball court at the centre of Sector 77. Here is how to read a release.

Realtynmore carried a Homeland Group release dated 30 September 2026. The claim is specific: Homeland Regalia, six towers on International Airport Road in Sector 77, is being planned around a sports arena rather than a token clubhouse. The list they gave is a full-size tennis court, an outdoor cricket pitch, a climate-controlled indoor basketball court, yoga, an outdoor gym, a reflexology plaza and an all-season indoor pool.

Umang Jindal, CEO, is quoted to the effect that luxury is the day you can actually live, not the flat alone. That is a fair marketing sentence. It becomes useful only if the arena is in the sanctioned plan you are paying for, and if the maintenance can run a cricket pitch after the sales team has left.

What to do with it

  • Ask which tower and which agreement mentions the sports pieces.
  • Go and see Homeland Heights in Sector 70, the project they have already delivered, on the same day.
  • Do not convert a press note into a possession date.

Regalia is an Airport Road flat. The comparison set is other Airport Road and IT City stacks, not a phase-7 kothi and not an Aerotropolis pocket.
