A circulating name is not an allotment.
The names circulating after the August auction
For anyone searching property in Mohali, flats in Aerocity Block E Mohali, flats in Aerocity Block I Mohali.
DKG, Noble, Ambika, Homeland, a jeweller from Ambala. Some of this is in the papers. Some of it is still a market note.
Three days after the result, market desks were already pairing buyers with parcels. Treat this list as names in circulation, except where a newspaper has actually printed the bidder.
- Aerocity Block E, about 6 acres, about ₹418 crore against about ₹252 crore. The money is in Hindustan Times. The name DKG is in market notes.
- Aerocity I Block: notes name Noble Ventures on about 9.87 acres, and Otil Group / Deepak Garg on about 9.50 acres. Two large pieces, if both notes hold.
- Aerocity H Block: notes name Ambika on about 5 acres. Do not merge that with the 14.10-acre mixed-use reserve of ₹523.82 crore from the July list.
- Aerocity J Block: notes describe 14.95 acres to Chander Gupt Bansal and Tanishq Jewellers, Ambala, near ₹38.39 crore an acre.
- Sector 62: notes place Homeland on about 6.37 acres adjoining the old YPS site. That is not the 27.78-acre mixed-use result.
- Named by The Tribune itself: Onn Warehousing on an Aerocity hospital site at ₹162.16 crore, and Ameo Media on a Sector 66 Beta hotel site at ₹122.42 crore.
Why it matters: the next launches in Aerocity will come from whoever actually took the land. Noble’s flats in 66B and Homeland’s flats in Sector 77 are separate, already-selling projects. A land buy does not automatically mean a tower you can book next month.
