For anyone searching property in Mohali, flats in Sector 126 Mohali, Gillco Meraqui Mohali.

The sector moved fastest on the Magicbricks flat list. The project card is a luxury ticket sitting inside that average.

Magicbricks, Apr–Jun 2026: Sector 126 flats ₹4,164–7,010 a sq ft, average ₹5,587, up 12% on the quarter. That was the fastest quarter on the flat list we read. Gillco Meraqui’s 99acres card was ₹3.62–4.97 crore, RERA PBRERA-SAS81-PR1390, 3 and 4 BHK, under construction. The average did not become the project, and the project did not become the average.
