Omaxe’s commercial high street in Sector 6, New Chandigarh, filed separately from the residential township. A July 2025 note on the project site gives RERA PBRERA-SAS80-PC0195 and calls the work under construction. It also claims a very large acreage. Acreage in a sales note is a claim. The RERA number is the thing to match on the Punjab portal before a token.

The project’s own July 2025 note, not a portal, printed plots and built-up from about ₹1.42 crore, and a showroom example near ₹2.84 crore with possession talked about for December 2028. Treat that as the promoter’s page.
