TDI City

Sectors 110–111 and 74A, 92, 116 · Plots

TDI’s plotted Mohali, split by trackers into a city across 74A, 92 and 116 and a second across 110 and 111. Acreages of about 350 and 200 acres are tracker claims. You buy a plot number, not the acreage.

  • Two plotted cities on tracker cards
  • About 200 and 350 acres claimed
  • Say which TDI city. The sectors are not neighbours.
  • A Magicbricks plot card in 110 was ₹3.80 crore. One card.
  • Plotted and ready still needs a title chain.
