The notice changes the paperwork. It does not reprice your flat.

What the ED notice changes, and what it does not

For anyone searching property in Mohali, plots in Aerocity Mohali, plots in Phase 8 Mohali.

India Today’s 24 September report ties unofficial meetings to GMADA auction decisions. Buyers still close on paper, not on a headline.

India Today reported on 24 September 2026 that the Enforcement Directorate had linked AAP leaders Manish Sisodia and Satyendar Jain to unofficial meetings with GMADA officials, and had alleged that reserve prices on unsold land were cut in a way that hurt the authority by a figure the agency put near ₹10,000 crore. The report also described searches at 26 premises and a separate allegation around dues waived for a company named Remigate.

None of that is a price list. It does not tell you what a 200 sq yd plot in Aerocity Block C should cost this week. It does tell you the political and administrative climate around GMADA land is hot, and that forwarded ‘inside reserve’ messages are a bad way to bid or to buy a resale.

  • If you are looking at auction resale, ask for the allotment letter and the payment receipt, not a screenshot of a bid.
  • If you are looking at a private project, the RERA filing matters more this month, not less.
  • If someone offers land ‘just like the Sector 62 parcel’, they are selling a metaphor.

The notice changes the paperwork. It does not reprice your flat.
