Aerotropolis without a pocket, a soft launch with no RERA number, and anyone selling Sector 87 as an SCO you can book.

Aerotropolis is pockets, not a weekend township. Letters of intent are not a road. If the seller cannot name the pocket and which infrastructure contract is awarded, you are buying a word. September reporting said investigators were also asking about delays at Aerotropolis and Eco City. An allegation is not a discount. It is a reason to slow down.

Soft launch, on this desk, means a file that was still pending on Punjab RERA’s list of 11 May 2026. GMI Lux Housing is one of those names. No BHK and no price were on that list. Luxury in the name is not a filing. If they now show a certificate dated after May, read it. Do not pay a token against a pending line.

Sector 87 is not an SCO. The Tribune on 17 July 2026 reported 196.4 acres notified for resettlement so GMADA can build commercial infrastructure. On 25 September the award announcement was postponed, with no new date. Anyone selling ‘Sector 87 SCO’ today is ahead of the notification. The decision: walk away from all three until the paper matches the sentence.
