Living in IT City is a commute, not a slogan

For anyone searching property in Mohali, flats in IT City Mohali, flats in Sector 66A Mohali.

The job is the reason the belt exists. Time the drive at 9am. A sample flat on a Sunday does not count.

IT City is Sectors 66, 66A, 66B, 82 and the Airport Road jobs around them. Falcon View in 66A is a building you can live in now. Callista in 66B is still under construction, with March 2027 the date that keeps being printed. Sector 82 is where a lot of the daily life and this desk actually sit. Sector 88 is a flat cluster people pair with IT City jobs, and the pairing only works if the morning drive does.

Do the drive from the flat to the office gate at 9am, not from the brochure’s minute-count. Fortis and the other hospitals get named in every Callista pitch. Time those too if they are why you are moving. Schools are a visit, not a pin on a map we have not walked.

The decision: buy in IT City if the job is the point and you have stood in a finished flat or accepted a dated payment plan with your eyes open. If you wanted Chandigarh-side life in an old phase, Phase 7 is a different city. Do not make IT City do that job.
