- July list: Sector 83 Alpha 18.19 acres at a ₹744.82 crore reserve, and Sector 66 Beta hotel and mixed-use sites.
- A quoted IT City residential band around ₹70,000–₹1,20,000 per sq yd is a tracker range for plots, not a flat’s rate card. Commercial on this belt asks more.
