‘New sector’ is how a listing hides the fact it has not chosen one. The board we actually use looks like this.
- Sector 88 — Hero Homes, Horizon Belmond, Noble Magnolia. Flat-to-flat comparison.
- Sector 82 and 82A — JLPL, this desk, SCO stock, Marbella Grand ready flats.
- Sector 77 — Homeland Regalia on Airport Road. Sector 70 — Homeland Heights, already delivered.
- Sector 91 — Jubilee Vallum and a plot band trackers put around ₹80,000–₹1,50,000 per sq yd.
- Sectors 108 and 109 — Emaar Mohali Hills. Outer arc, sharp past re-rating in published notes, still phase-specific.
