New sectors

The post-65 map: 66 through 126, plus New Chandigarh, Eco City, Medicity, Knowledge City, and the Kharar–Zirakpur–Landran–Banur edges people cross-shop. This is where Homeland, Noble, Hero, Emaar, Marbella and the SCO belts actually sit.

  • Sector 82 is JLPL and this desk’s address. Sector 88 is the flat cluster (Hero, Horizon, Noble Magnolia). Sector 77 is Homeland Regalia.
  • Sectors 108, 109 and 114 are the outer arc local notes credit with the sharpest re-rating in recent years. That is a published observation, not a forecast.
  • Eco City 2 and 3, and Aerotropolis, were named in late-September reporting as places where delay itself had become a question for investigators.
