If you cannot stand in it, it is not ready.
Ready to move in Mohali means a certificate, not a brochure date
For anyone searching property in Mohali, flats in Sector 66A Mohali, flats in Sector 70 Mohali.
A tower you can stand in is one fact. A completion certificate is another. Resale is a third.
JLPL Falcon View in Sector 66A is the clean example of ready: about 28.5 acres, RERA PBRERA-SAS81-PM0003, and a building you can walk. 99acres cards were 3, 4 and 5 BHK at ₹2.98–6.68 crore. Homeland Heights in Sector 70 is the other kind of ready — delivered, widely dated to 2018 — so you are buying a society, not a payment plan. Walk the maintenance and the parking.
Hero Homes in Sector 88 shows why the phrase slips. 99acres marked it partially ready and still printed a possession date of July 2021, with asks of ₹1.63–3.84 crore. Magicbricks Phase 3 was ₹3.30–3.66 crore. Partial ready is not the whole society. Sushma Valencia is the sharper warning: the 29 September 2026 Hindustan Times report said RERA wanted a possession letter only after a completion certificate.
The decision: if you need to live in it this year, stand in the flat and ask for the completion certificate and the maintenance bill. If the only date you have is printed on a launch card, you are buying under construction, whatever the headline says.
