On 23 July 2026 the fresh GMADA e-auction was the only story in Mohali brokerage groups. Thirty-six commercial and mixed-use sites, bidding from noon on 20 July through 2pm on 19 August, on puda.enivida.com. The flagship was again the 27.78-acre Sector 62 mixed-use parcel, reserve ₹1,214.16 crore, after it failed to find a bidder in March.

The reserves worth remembering

  • Sector 83 Alpha, 18.19 acres mixed use, ₹744.82 crore.
  • Aerocity Block H, 14.10 acres mixed use, ₹523.82 crore.
  • Sector 66 Beta, 9.01 acres mixed use, ₹413.56 crore.
  • Three hotel sites in 66 Beta: about 5 acres at ₹139.59 crore, and two of about 4.02 acres at ₹112.23 crore each.
  • Hospital sites in Aerocity Block A, Sector 83 Alpha and Sector 79.
  • Commercial plots in Sector 67 and Sector 79, and a fuel station at Medicity, New Chandigarh.

Terms being circulated with the list: earnest money online before you bid, then 10 percent plus a 2 percent cancer cess within five working days of acceptance, and another 15 percent within five working days of the allotment letter.
