Mohali phases · Established

Phase 3B1

One half of the Sector 60 phase muddle. Buyers say 3B1 and 3B2 as if they were different cities. Walk the actual streets and read the registry description. Sector 60. PIN 160059.

Buyers say Phase 3B1; the registry will say Sector 60.
This is the original SAS Nagar grid, not IT City and not Aerocity.
Resale paper, building age and the specific lane matter more than a new-launch amenity list.

Ask the desk: Phase 3B1 / Sector 60: house, floor, or the rare commercial?
