Mohali phases · Established

Phase 1

The Chandigarh-edge start of SAS Nagar. Quiet streets, known schools, almost no ‘new launch’ theatre. You buy a house or a floor, not a story. Sector 55. PIN 160055.

  • Buyers say Phase 1; the registry will say Sector 55.
  • This is the original SAS Nagar grid, not IT City and not Aerocity.
  • Resale paper, building age and the specific lane matter more than a new-launch amenity list.

Ask the desk: Phase 1 / Sector 55: house, floor, or the rare commercial?
