Sector 68

Early-2026 GMADA inventory showed small corner houses and a commercial plot. Turnstone’s Medallion 68 is a separate commercial file of shops and offices here — not the Sector 82 Medallion apartments.

A numbered sector outside the original Phase 1–11 grid.
Rates move by facing, size and paper. A sector average will mislead you.
We would rather show you two real options than a brochure of twelve.

Ask the desk: Plot, floor or flat — and the budget you will actually transfer.
