Turnstone · Ready

Medallion 68

Sector 68 · Commercial

Turnstone’s commercial file in Sector 68. It is not The Medallion apartments and not Medallion Nova. A shop at the bottom of that band and an office at the top are different leases. Ask for the trading frontage, not the township film.

99acres card: shops and bare-shell offices at ₹47.38 lakh–₹1.20 crore, marked ready to move, completion printed August 2025.

Shops and bare-shell offices
Completed date printed August 2025

Sector 68 is not Sector 82.
Ready commercial still needs a tenant, not just a completion line.
The wide band means size. Get the carpet, not the slogan.
