Sector 99

Hero Leafsong Retreat is the 99acres name: 3 BHK, about ₹2.07–2.37 crore, possession printed as August 2033. The same portal’s three-year table puts neighbouring Sector 97 at 141%. A launch that far out is a hold, and the past percentage is not the hold.

A numbered sector outside the original Phase 1–11 grid.
