Pre-rented

Pre-rented property in Mohali

Gurgaon sites sell “pre-rented” with a monthly rent and an ROI on the card. This desk will not. A pre-rented unit is one that already has a tenant. The number that matters is on the lease: who pays, till when, and what happens if they leave.

Ask for the rent deed, not a brochure percentage.
A shop with a tenant is still an SCO. It is not a 3 BHK that happens to be earning.
A portal “rental return” for a sector is an average. It is not the rent of the unit you are being shown.
