Treat it as a building you can go and see, then decide whether the tower you are offered is actually finished. Portal cards have not settled the status or the band. A residents’ objection about Sector 121 and municipal limits has also been written up locally — ask what that changes for your floor, if anything.

Houssed prints about ₹1.5–2.2 crore and ready to move. PropTiger has printed a builder band near ₹1.89–2.59 crore and, on the same record, an under-construction label with possession from August 2021. Acreage on those pages also disagrees (about 16 versus 25). None of that is a Sethi sale price.
