Sector 121

ATS Casa Espana, RERA PBRERA-SAS80-PR0086, is the tall group-housing name on the Chandigarh–Kharar side. Portals still disagree on ready versus unfinished, and on the rupee band. Walk a floor before you trust either card.

A numbered sector outside the original Phase 1–11 grid.
Rates move by facing, size and paper. A sector average will mislead you.
We would rather show you two real options than a brochure of twelve.

Ask the desk: Plot, floor or flat — and the budget you will actually transfer.
