The small-ticket Sushma card. Gazipur is not Sector 82 and not Aerocity. A ₹60 lakh 2 BHK can be a first home if the commute works. It is not a cheaper version of an IT City 3 BHK.

99acres card: 2 BHK at ₹60 lakh, about ₹4,702 a sq ft, marked ready to move.

2 BHK card

One card, one configuration. Do not stretch it into a 3 BHK.
