A ready Sushma flat card in Zirakpur, at a very different ticket from Chandigarh Grande or Joynest. The card is narrow, which is more useful than a ₹30 lakh-to-₹4 crore range, and still only an ask. RERA number was not on the line we read.

99acres card: 3 BHK at ₹75–76 lakh, about ₹4,464 a sq ft, marked ready to move.

Ready to move on 99acres

Confirm it is Urban View and not a similarly named Sushma stack.
₹75 lakh is the card, not a negotiated close.
Zirakpur ready stock still needs the society accounts.
