The Pinnacle

Aerocity / Sector 83 · Apartments

STJ’s Pinnacle. 99acres places it in Aerocity and marks it RERA registered. Magicbricks places STJ The Pinnacle in Sector 83. The asks are in the same neighbourhood. The pin is not. We will not pick a portal over a site plan.

99acres ₹2.78–3.36 crore. Magicbricks ₹2.55–3.11 crore.

  • 3 and 4 BHK
  • Portals disagree on the sector
  • Make someone point at the sector on a GMADA sheet.
  • The two asking bands overlap. That is the only thing they cleanly agree on.
  • Not STJ Forum, which is an SCO in Sector 82.
