Phase 7 is not Phase 11. Say the number.

The phase map, without the usual muddle

For anyone searching property in Mohali, Phase 7 Mohali, Phase 8 Mohali.

Phase 1 is Sector 55. Phase 11 is Sector 65. Sector 82 is not a phase. Most expensive mistakes start right there.

Local desks use a stable map, and it is the one we use too. Phase 1 is Sector 55. Phase 2 is 54. Phase 3A is 53. Phase 3B1 and 3B2 are both inside Sector 60, which is why people fight. Phase 4 is 57. Phase 5 is 59. Phase 6 is 56. Phase 7 is 61. Phase 8 is 62. Phase 9 is 63. Phase 10 is 64. Phase 11 is 65.

Everything people call ‘new’ — 66, 67, 69, 70, 77, 82, 88, 91, 108 — is a sector, not a phase. Phase 8 being Sector 62 is the trap of 2026, because Sector 62 is also the auction headline. A kothi in Phase 8 and a 27-acre mixed-use parcel are not comparables.

Established phases are where you buy a life: hospitals, a sabzi mandi, a known school. They are a poor place to hunt a ‘launch discount’. If that is what you wanted, say so, and we will turn the car toward a sector number past 65.
