Phase 9

PCA Stadium and the sports infrastructure. Useful address if match days and the stadium road matter to you. Not an IT City substitute. Sector 63. PIN 160062.

Buyers say Phase 9; the registry will say Sector 63.
This is the original SAS Nagar grid, not IT City and not Aerocity.
Resale paper, building age and the specific lane matter more than a new-launch amenity list.

Ask the desk: Phase 9 / Sector 63: house, floor, or the rare commercial?
