Same airport, different decades of readiness. A practical split for anyone being shown both in the same afternoon.

Aerocity is the GMADA township you can drive today: blocks, residents, and a 2026 auction tape full of hospitals, group housing and mixed use. Aerotropolis is the larger airport-edge township still being argued pocket by pocket. People mix them because both words contain ‘aero’. The cheque does not.

Use Aerocity if

  • You want a plot or a house on a road that already has neighbours.
  • Rent is part of the plan. Aerotropolis does not have a rental market yet.
  • You are comparing blocks A, B, C, D, E, G, H, I or J — and you can say which.

Use Aerotropolis only if

  • Your money can sit through infrastructure, not just through a builder’s payment plan.
  • You know the pocket letter and you have seen it on a GMADA layout, not a creative crop.
  • You are not paying an Aerocity rate for a Banur-side story.
