Aerotropolis

GMADA’s airport-side township, not a nickname for Aerocity. The market talks about a multi-pocket layout — commonly nine pockets — sitting against the airport boundary, with a longer Banur-side conversation still ahead of it. Pockets A to D are the ones desks treat as the first live story. E onward is later land, not a weekend site visit with occupied streets.

  • Directly by Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport. PR-7 runs along the eastern edge.
  • Do not price a pocket the way you price an occupied Aerocity block. Roads, sewer and possession dates are the whole argument.
  • September reporting on the ED’s master-plan look also mentioned delays at Aerotropolis being part of what investigators were asking about. That is a process story, not a reason to invent a discount.

Ask the desk: Which pocket, what letter of intent, and which road is actually awarded — not ‘Aerotropolis’ as one word.
