Mohali phases · Established

Phase 7

The phase many families still call the most liveable of the old grid. Early-2026 auction inventory also showed small corner SCOs in Sector 61. Different product from a house on the same number. Sector 61. PIN 160062.

  • Buyers say Phase 7; the registry will say Sector 61.
  • This is the original SAS Nagar grid, not IT City and not Aerocity.
  • Resale paper, building age and the specific lane matter more than a new-launch amenity list.
