If they cannot name the pocket, you are buying a word.
Aerotropolis is pockets, not a weekend township
For anyone searching property in Mohali, flats in Aerotropolis Pocket A Mohali, flats in Aerotropolis Pocket B Mohali.
A to D are the live argument. E onward is later land. None of it is Aerocity with a new gate.
The first thing to unlearn: Aerotropolis is not a sector you can tour between lunch and a Callista site visit and then ‘pick a facing’. It is a GMADA township against the airport boundary, talked about as nine pockets, with Banur-side land often stapled onto the pitch. Pockets A to D are the ones where infrastructure is the present-tense argument. From E onward you are buying a sequence, not a street.
Letters of intent are not possession. A reseller map is not the GMADA boundary. And a pocket with the same letter as an Aerocity block is a nasty coincidence, not a cousin. Block G in Aerocity has already been through a group-housing auction. Pocket G in Aerotropolis has not become that block by sharing an alphabet.
Come to this only with time. If you need to move this year, we will say so and point you at Aerocity, a phase, or a ready flat. That is a better use of the desk than pretending every pocket is bookable.
