Not a flat sector yet. On 17 July 2026 The Tribune reported a resettlement notification for 196.4 acres in Manakmajra, Nanumajra, Sohana and Sambhalki so GMADA can build commercial infrastructure here. On 25 September the same paper said that award announcement was postponed the day after the ED search. There is no price list.
